ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All orders placed on this site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and netbanking. Cash on delivery is not available. An order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful placement of your order.
HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS
All products sold by Ramsons Handicrafts are handmade by skilled artisans. As a result, no two pieces are identical. Colours, patterns, and textures may vary from the photographs shown on the website. This variation is inherent to handcrafted products and is not a defect. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that the item you receive may differ slightly in colour or appearance from the product image shown. Returns or refunds on the basis of colour or pattern variation are not accepted.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship across India via India Post, which is backed by the Indian Government. Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. A tracking number will be sent to your registered email after dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, redelivery will be arranged at the customer's cost. RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or orders placed in error. Exceptions are made only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. For any damage claim, an unboxing video is mandatory — the video must be uncut, unedited, and continuous from the moment you begin opening the package. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Without a valid unboxing video, we are unable to process any claim.
