Every order placed at Ramsons Handicrafts is packed by hand in Mysore and shipped with care across India. Our products are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind — we take the same care in packing them as the artisans took in making them. Shipping Basics

Where Do We Ship?

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Whether you are in a metro city or a smaller town, we will do our best to get your order to you. If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to discuss alternatives. We do not currently offer international shipping through our online store. If you are outside India, please contact us at houseoframsons@gmail.com to discuss options.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Standard delivery across India takes 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery to metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata) is typically faster and may arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Delivery to remote areas, smaller towns, or hilly regions may take up to 10 business days. These are estimates — actual delivery times depend on your location and the courier partner's operational schedule in your area.

What Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. The final shipping cost will be shown clearly before you complete your payment — there are no hidden charges. For orders above a certain value, shipping may be free. Any applicable free shipping threshold will be shown on the cart page or at checkout.

Dispatch & Tracking

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. All our products are handcrafted and held in stock at our Mysore stores. Once your order is packed and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with your tracking number by email or WhatsApp at the contact details you provided at checkout.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this on the courier [India Post] website to check the real-time status of your delivery. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at houseoframsons@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7019431715 and we will look into it immediately.

How We Pack Your Order

We take packaging seriously. Our products are handcrafted and often delicate — each piece needs to travel safely from Mysore to your doorstep. Every order is packed individually based on the nature of the product, using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.

Depending on your order, packaging may include tissue paper wrapping, bubble wrap padding, rigid board-backed envelopes, cardboard tubes, or sturdy outer carton boxes. Fragile or flat items are packed to prevent bending or creasing. Where required, packages are clearly marked with handling instructions.

If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, please photograph it before opening and contact us at houseoframsons@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery — Common Questions

What If I Am Not Home?

Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the address you provided. If you are not available at the time of the first delivery attempt, the courier will typically make one or two additional attempts on subsequent days.

If you need to reschedule or follow up on a delivery attempt, you can contact the courier partner directly using the tracking number sent to your email after dispatch. The tracking number and courier details will allow you to coordinate directly with them for redelivery at a convenient time.

If all delivery attempts fail and the package is returned to us, please contact us at houseoframsons@gmail.com to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update your delivery address. Orders are typically packed and dispatched by evening on the same or next business day, so please contact us as early as possible if you need to make a change.

The fastest way to reach us is by calling or WhatsApp at +91 7019431715 — a call is your best bet for urgent changes. You can also email us at houseoframsons@gmail.com, though response times may be slower.

Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please double-check your address carefully before completing your purchase.

If Something Goes Wrong

We do our best to ensure every order arrives safely and on time. However, occasionally things can go wrong. Here is what to do in each situation:

  • Order delayed beyond the estimated window — First, check your tracking status using the tracking number sent to your email. All our orders are shipped via India Post, which is backed by the Indian Government — you can track your shipment directly at indiapost.gov.in. If the status is unclear or the package appears stuck, contact us at houseoframsons@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 7019431715 with your order number and we will follow up on your behalf.
  • Order shows as delivered but not received — Please check with neighbours and building security first. If still not found, contact us within 48 hours and we will raise a complaint with India Post on your behalf.
  • Incorrect address or pin code provided — If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, redelivery will be arranged at the customer's cost. Shipping charges for re-dispatch depend on your delivery location. We will do our best to help, but we are unable to absorb redelivery costs in all cases.
  • Order arrived damaged — An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claim or replacement request. The video must be uncut, unedited, and continuous from the moment you begin opening the package. Without a valid unboxing video, we are unable to process any claim for damaged items. We strongly recommend all customers record an unboxing video when their order arrives, especially if the outer packaging shows any signs of damage. Contact us at houseoframsons@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, the unboxing video, and photographs of the damage.
  • Wrong item received — Contact us at houseoframsons@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

We cannot process claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items reported after 48 hours of delivery. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and record an unboxing video if you have any concerns.
