Payment Information
All payment transactions on our store are processed by Razorpay, one of India's most trusted and secure payment gateways. We do not receive, store, or have access to your card number, CVV, bank account details, or UPI credentials at any point. Newsletter & Communications
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we collect only your email address. Subscription is entirely voluntary. We use this to send you updates about new arrivals, art events, and exclusive offers from Ramsons. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email, or by writing to us at houseoframsons@gmail.com. We will process your request promptly.
How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used strictly for the following purposes:
- Order processing and fulfilment — We use your name, address, and contact details to process your order, arrange dispatch, and ensure it reaches you correctly.
- Order confirmations and shipping updates — We send you email or WhatsApp notifications to confirm your order and keep you informed about its dispatch and delivery status.
- Customer support — When you contact us with a query, complaint, or request, we use your information to respond and resolve your concern effectively.
- Marketing communications — If you have opted in to our newsletter, we may send you occasional updates about new products, art events, and offers from Ramsons. We never send unsolicited marketing communications.
- Legal and accounting compliance — We retain order records as required by Indian accounting and tax laws. This data is not used for any other purpose.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any third party for their marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is yours.

Razorpay
All payment processing on our store is handled by Razorpay (Merchant ID: SN4BHND1l3zTE0). Razorpay is a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway and processes your payment data under their own security infrastructure. Orders, Returns & Refunds
All sales at Ramsons Handicrafts are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for orders placed in error or for change-of-mind purchases.
The only exceptions are:
- Damaged items — If your order arrives damaged, an unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim or replacement request. The video must be uncut, unedited, and continuous from the moment you begin opening the package. Without a valid unboxing video, we are unable to process any claim. Please also contact us at houseoframsons@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, the unboxing video, and photographs of the damage. We strongly recommend all customers record an unboxing video when their order arrives, especially if the outer packaging shows any signs of damage.
- Incorrect items — If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us at houseoframsons@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and a photograph of the item received. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Returned packages due to address errors — If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, redelivery will be arranged at the customer's cost. Shipping charges for re-dispatch depend on your delivery location. We will do our best to help, but we are unable to absorb redelivery costs in all cases.
Please note: our handcrafted products are made by hand and no two pieces are identical. Variation in colour, pattern, and texture is inherent to handcrafted products and is not a defect. Returns on the basis of colour or pattern variation are not accepted.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Your Rights
You have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by us:
- Right to access — You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you at any time.
- Right to correction — If any information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that we correct it.
